Cancellation Policy
This policy specifies how to handle cancellations.
* 14 or more days before arrival of the client at Maria Studios, returned to the prepayment.
* 7 to 13 days before arrival date the customer returned to the 50% deposit.
* 6 or less before arrival, and in case of 'no show' the customer is not refunded the deposit.
* If you reduce the customer day stay at either the top or at the end of his stay will be charged 50% of days removed.
Prepayment: No deposit will be charged to your credit card.
Reservation without a Credit card: It requires a 20% deposit (bank transfer or paypal) from the total amount as a guarantee for your reservation if you do not want to use your credit card as a guarantee.
·Taxes and service charges: 6.50% tax included.
0.50% city tax included. There is no charge for the services.
