Children and extra beds:
1 child under 2 years stays free without extra bed.
1 child under 2 years is charged 5 Euro for an extra bed.
1 older child or adult is charged 5 Euro per night and per person for 1 extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds / babycots in a room is 1.
Prepayment: No deposit will be charged to your credit card.
Reservation without a Credit card: It requires a 20% deposit (bank transfer or paypal) from the total amount as a guarantee for your reservation if you do not want to use your credit card as a guarantee.
Taxes and service charges: 6.50% tax included. 0.50% city tax is included.
Cancellation Policy:
This policy specifies how to handle cancellations.
· For cancellations at least 15 days before arrival, you will not be charged.
· For cancellations or changes to 1 day before arrival, you will be charged 50 % of the whole reservation amount or the 100 % of the deposit.
In case of not showing up, you will be charged with 100 % of the whole reservation amount or the 100 % of the deposit.
